This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, groups, and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - The primary renter must be 18+ years old. - 🐶 If you plan to bring a pet , please message us *before* booking. A pet fee applies and nightly rate will be adjusted accordingly before you confirm your reservation. (Maximum 1 pet). - 🕐 Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $50. Please message host for more details. - 👥 No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please *message host* before booking. - 🚭No smoking inside of the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if the smoking rules are violated. - 🪩 No parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in cancellation. - 🤫 Quiet time is ll pm - 7 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep the music down during quiet hours. - 🧻 Please do not flush anything except toilet paper - Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Glitter and confetti are not allowed

This place was great. It was clean it was on point and we were lucky enough to have parking in front all three days that we were there. we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is so cute everything is decorated exactly like the pictures, it's feels very homey and comfortable! Would be a great place for a small family to stay. Ellie was very accommodating and responsive to any all questions I needed answered.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautifully decorated and cozy. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The host was very kind, responsive, and friendly in all our communication. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of. This apartment is in the perfect spot for exploring North Park! We walked to 5 different places the whole weekend and all were within 20 minutes from the place. Check-in was easy, we found parking right away (not always the case in North Park). The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood felt safe. It was a hot weekend, but there was AC in the living room and fans in the bedrooms so we stayed cool. Ellie was very responsive and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. This is a perfect place for a staycation if you’re an SD local or a weekend stay if you’re from out of town! I would 100% stay here again.

Ellie's place was stunning, relaxing, and equipped with the perfect amenities. Just a few houses down is Cafe Madeline, a great spot for brunch + coffee. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photos. I appreciated the host's communication and how she provided a PDF of what the house has to offer and nearby things to do. Balboa park is very close, which is a beautiful place to go for a walk and check out the art museum or botanical garden. Street parking was easy. The coffee machine and tea was much appreciated. She even had outlets for the different types of chargers and speedy wifi. The bathrooms were spacious and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/lotion/body wash. This is the perfect place to stay in San Diego, and central to everything!

Our experience staying with Key Comfort Stays was amazing! Our host Ellie was always available and constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was smooth. All we needed was a personal passcode to get inside, which gave us no issues. The house is located behind another property which added an extra layer of privacy and safety. The place itself was clean, spacious, and aesthetic. It looked exactly like the pictures. Please note that this unit is on the second floor. Finding parking was difficult but not impossible. This property is located next to a major cross street that has TONS of food and stores around, which was very convenient. During our stay, we only stumbled across one issue, which was difficulty turning on the shower head in one of the bathrooms. Although it was 11pm, Ellie handled the issue right away and helped us figure it out! Overall, 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Key Comfort Stays and Ellie!

Not going to lie, I was hesitant because there were zero reviews and Ellie didn't have any reviews as a host either, but I am so glad we booked this place. The house was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — even better than the photos. Every little detail was thought of, from the cozy beds and fully equipped kitchen to the thoughtful snacks and little stuffie for the kids. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear throughout. The location was also great — it's in a neighborhood away from the tourist stuff, but close enough to all the SD attractions. There's also some great local restaurants and shops that are walkable. The only con I can think of is parking. It can be hit or miss to find, especially at night or on the weekend. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an immaculate Airbnb experience. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

North Park is a super walkable neighborhood—most cafes, restaurants, and shops are just a short stroll away. Plus, you’ll be just minutes from several major freeways (I-805, I-8, and I-15), making it easy to explore San Diego’s beaches, attractions, and neighboring areas. For longer trips, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there’s a nearby bus stop on University Ave for easy access to downtown and other parts of the city. Parking Tips: • Free street parking is available in front of the property. Please do not park in the driveway. • Parking can be harder to find on weekends—we recommend checking around the left corner of the street for more availability. • Street sweeping happens on the second and fourth Tuesdays/Mondays of the month, so please check signs to avoid tickets.
