This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, groups, and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - The primary renter must be 18+ years old. - 🕐 Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $50. Please message host for more details. - 🐶 If you plan to bring a pet , please message us *before* booking. A pet fee applies. - 👥 No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please *message host* before booking. - 🚭No smoking inside of the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if the smoking rules are violated. - 🪩 No parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in cancellation. - 🤫 Quiet time is ll pm - 7 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep the music down during quiet hours. - 🧻 Please do not flush anything except toilet paper - Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Glitter and confetti are not allowed

You’ll be just minutes from several major freeways (I-805, I-8, and I-15), making it easy to explore San Diego’s beaches, attractions, and neighboring areas. For longer trips, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there’s a nearby bus stop on University Ave for easy access to downtown and other parts of the city. Parking Tips: • Free street parking is available in front of the property. Please do not park in the driveway. • Parking can be harder to find on weekends—we recommend checking around the left corner of the street for more availability. • Street sweeping happens on the second and fourth Tuesdays/Mondays of the month, so please check signs to avoid tickets.
