Since North Park is a lively neighborhood, parking can be a little busier during evenings and weekends, so a spot right in front isn’t always guaranteed. If you don’t find a spot right away, checking the surrounding streets can often help. There are also metered parking options within a short walk, with some spaces offering free overnight parking depending on posted hours. Prefer a more reliable option? The nearby North Park Garage offers affordable daily and overnight parking and is just a short drive away. You can easily take an Uber or Lyft back to the property after parking. This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, groups, and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - The primary renter must be 18+ years old. - 🕐 Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $50. Please message host for more details. - 🐶 If you plan to bring a pet , please message us *before* booking. A pet fee applies. - 👥 No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please *message host* before booking. - 🚭No smoking inside of the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if the smoking rules are violated. - 🪩 No parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in cancellation. - 🤫 Quiet time is ll pm - 7 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful.
